An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Employment Lawyer / Partner to join a highly regarded employment team at one of the Thames Valley’s leading law firms. The successful individual will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the continued growth of the employment practice, working alongside an established and collaborative team with an excellent reputation in the market.
The role would suit an established Employment Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with a strong track record of advising employers and developing lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to a diverse portfolio of businesses, providing strategic employment law advice across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Alongside delivering high-quality technical advice, the role will provide significant scope to develop client relationships, grow a practice and contribute to the wider success of the firm.
