THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Legal Counsel / Solicitor with a minimum of two years’ Probate / Private Client experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services. Managing your own caseload of probate matters, your role will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distribution.
- Providing expert legal advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and paralegals.
ABOUT YOU:
- Legal Executive with a minimum of two years’ experience in probate or private client law.
