Join a growing team offering high-quality commercial work and genuine career progression. You will manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior lawyers on a wide range of commercial matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, bespoke agreements, and licences
  • Advising on intellectual property, IT, and data protection issues
  • Providing corporate support

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 3-5 years' PQE and solid commercial law experience gained within a private practice or in-house setting. You will possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver practical, business-focused advice.

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives.
