THE ROLE: This award-winning Public Law Regulation team is recognised as one of only a handful of dedicated specialist practices in the UK, advising on some of the most complex and high-profile public law and regulatory matters in the market.
Working as part of a close-knit and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters across a diverse client base, including central government departments, regulators, arm's-length bodies and major organisations operating within regulated sectors.
Your workload will be varied and intellectually stimulating, covering judicial review, statutory appeals, constitutional and administrative law, human rights, equalities, statutory interpretation, legislative drafting, regulatory compliance and enforcement, together with advising on public decision-making and governance issues.
