Property Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Coventry, £45,000+ (DOE) – Are you a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor looking for that next step in your career? This could be the opportunity for you! JOB REF: 0756.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters.
• Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
• You will have a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes including possession claims and enforcement, Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience within property litigation law.
• Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure.
• Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
• Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, organised, and a great team player.
