PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR 5-10 PQE, LONDON, £ EXCELLENT SALARY AND BENEFITS - Outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly regarded and successful team within one of the UK’s Top 25 Law Firms.
• The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to contribute to the department’s continued growth, drive new opportunities, and support ongoing business development initiatives.
• The role will encompass managing a broad range of disputes, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims. You will also handle disputes concerning the enforcement of easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, beneficial interests, and Party Wall issues.
• An interest in business development is highly desirable, with the ability to generate new work to support the team’s growth, alongside managing an independent caseload.
• Experience in construction disputes would be a significant advantage.
• The firm welcomes candidates who bring proven property litigation experience and strong technical knowledge, along with excellent communication, collaborative teamwork, and a professional approach to providing outstanding client service.
