An exciting opportunity to join the busy dispute resolution department of this established firm, with hybrid working (at least 2 days at home) on offer.

  • The firm is considering candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in a Property Litigation Department, along with a solid understanding of property law and litigation processes.
  • The role will involve assisting with the management of a busy caseload of property litigation matters. This includes handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, and dilapidations within the County Court and First Tier Tribunal.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting legal research and assisting in drafting documents, witness statements, court applications, and pleadings, as well as preparing trial bundles and managing documents for hearings and trials.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, counsel, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are kept well-informed and updated. Additionally, you should be able to manage your workload efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
