Property Litigation Associate Birmingham | 3+ Years PQE | National Law Firm Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor looking for your next career move? A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years' PQE to join its established and highly regarded team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a successful practice handling a high-quality and varied caseload, working alongside experienced lawyers and advising a strong client base. The Role You will work on a broad range of commercial property disputes , acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, funders and other property professionals. Your caseload is likely to include: Landlord and tenant disputes. Lease renewals and terminations. Dilapidations. Rent and service charge disputes. Breaches of covenant. Possession and forfeiture proceedings. Property-related contractual disputes. Boundary, easement and nuisance matters. Development and investment disputes. General commercial property litigation. You will have significant responsibility for your own matters while working closely with senior members of the team on more complex and high-value disputes. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation. Strong experience dealing with commercial property disputes. Excellent technical and drafting skills. The ability to manage a caseload with appropriate autonomy. Strong client relationship and communication skills. A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. The ambition to develop their career within a leading national practice. You may currently be working as an Associate, Senior Associate or experienced Property Litigation Solicitor and be looking for a role offering high-quality work, excellent clients and genuine career progression.
