This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious NQ to develop their career within a nationally recognised disputes practice, acting for a broad range of insurer, corporate and commercial clients on high-value and complex property damage claims.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will benefit from high-quality supervision, structured development and exposure to a varied caseload from the outset.
The Role You will advise on a wide range of property damage matters, including:β’ Handling property damage claims arising from fires, floods, escapes of water, explosions and other significant incidents.β’ Managing subrogated recovery actions on behalf of insurers.β’ Advising clients on liability, quantum and policy-related issues.β’ Assisting on high-value, technically complex and multi-party litigation.β’ Working closely with experts, loss adjusters, insurers and corporate clients to deliver commercially focused solutions.β’ Supporting senior lawyers on major losses while progressively managing your own caseload.
