A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a busy team in Wiltshire. Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- You will be responsible for a broad mix of private client work, including:
- Wills and trust creation and administration
- High net worth succession planning and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
- You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and client-care skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial approach.
