Job Description
Private Client Solicitor – Locum 3+ PQE, Devon, £45 – £50 per hour, 1 month assignment. A welcoming and supportive law firm is seeking an experienced locum solicitor to join their private client team on a temporary basis. Job ref: 9953
OVERVIEW:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration, covering a range of complexities.
• The role demands flexibility, strong case management skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to a busy team.
• Secretarial support will be available as part of this position.
• The role is offered on full-time basis, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes some office attendance, particularly to sign wills and LPAs.
