Private Client Solicitor, 2-5 years’ PQE, London, £80,000+ (DOE) – National law firm is expanding its Private Client team – JOB REF:7978.
Responsibilities:
- Advise owners of family businesses regarding Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
- Provide asset structuring for capital tax planning and wealth preservation.
- Advise trustees and beneficiaries on their income and capital tax liabilities and duties.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years PQE in dealing with a broad range of tax issues relating to private clients at a law firm, accountancy practice or at HMRC.
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong business development skills.
- Proven billing track-record.
- Membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or Chartered Institute of Taxation is advantageous.
