Private Client Solicitor, 2-5 years’ PQE, London, £80,000+ (DOE) – National law firm is expanding its Private Client team – JOB REF:7978.

Responsibilities:

  1. Advise owners of family businesses regarding Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
  2. Provide asset structuring for capital tax planning and wealth preservation.
  3. Advise trustees and beneficiaries on their income and capital tax liabilities and duties.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 Years PQE in dealing with a broad range of tax issues relating to private clients at a law firm, accountancy practice or at HMRC.
  2. Excellent commercial acumen and strong business development skills.
  3. Proven billing track-record.
  4. Membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or Chartered Institute of Taxation is advantageous.
