OVERVIEW:
- This firm act for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice on all elements of estate and tax planning.
- They are trusted advisors for all personal and family legal requirements and wealth management issues.
- Typically, the clients that require advice on wills, trusts and probate are wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners.
- Due to the continued success and expansion of the firm’s private client department, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor.
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.
- You will be working with an enviable caseload of HNW clientele and have responsibility for complex work including tax planning, estate management, will drafting and trusts.
- This role will entail working alongside a team of expert Private Client Solicitors, from junior, to Partner level.
- You will have exceptional technical expertise and will be a STEP Member.
- You will be comfortable to demonstrate your business development expertise alongside excellent communication skills and a track record of dealing with HNW clients successfully.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with relevant experience in Private Client matters.
- Strong commercial acumen and a commitment to deliver a first class service will be a given. You will be technologically savvy, organised and have a strong work ethic with a conscious effort to deliver to tight deadlines.
