Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Devon. Salary c£45,000 to £60,000. Hybrid working. 3+ PQE.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied private client caseload, advising on Wills, estate planning, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning.
  • Take an active part in business development, marketing activities, and client acquisition.
  • Attend clients in person or on the telephone and provide professional support.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents through the case management system.
  • Participate in group meetings and network with contacts and referrers.
  • Demonstrate and promote the firm’s mission, values and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Qualified Years Experience (PQE).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Team player, efficient and timely.
