Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Devon. Salary c£45,000 to £60,000. Hybrid working. 3+ PQE.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied private client caseload, advising on Wills, estate planning, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning.
- Take an active part in business development, marketing activities, and client acquisition.
- Attend clients in person or on the telephone and provide professional support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents through the case management system.
- Participate in group meetings and network with contacts and referrers.
- Demonstrate and promote the firm’s mission, values and professional standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ Qualified Years Experience (PQE).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Team player, efficient and timely.
