A highly regarded law firm in Northamptonshire is looking to recruit a confident and client-focused individual to join their thriving private client department.

The Role: You’ll become an integral part of a well-established and supportive team, managing a broad range of high-quality private client work. Your caseload will include drafting wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Probate matters, Court of Protection applications, and Elderly client advice. You will be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and, if interested, mentor junior team members.

The Candidate: Seeking Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners with at least 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in handling their own caseload with minimal supervision. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified or working towards it, with experience advising on all aspects of private client law including IHT and complex estates.
