Senior Insurance Solicitor, 7+ Years' PQE, London, Competitive Salary.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Insurance Solicitor with an established following of work to advise on complex insurance and reinsurance matters while contributing to the continued growth of a successful and ambitious practice.

• Job
• Advise insurers, MGAs, reinsurers and other market participants on a broad range of complex insurance coverage matters, claims and disputes.
• Manage high-value property damage claims, coverage disputes and subrogated recoveries, providing commercially focused advice to a sophisticated client base.
• Draft and review insurance policy wordings, with particular emphasis on property damage risks, and represent clients in complex disputes before the Commercial Court and the Technology & Construction Court.
• Work alongside experienced specialists while taking an active role in business development through client seminars, articles, thought leadership initiatives and wider market engagement.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE and significant insurance or reinsurance experience gained within a recognised City practice, specialist insurance firm or comparable in-house insurance environment.
• A following of work is an essential requirement for this position, with the successful candidate expected to bring an established client base and demonstrate a strong track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
• The successful candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, strong commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the London insurance market, together with excellent communication, client relationship management and business development skills.
