An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Barrister to join a highly regarded national law firm's growing Employment practice. You will represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, conducting advocacy at both preliminary and final hearings while advising on a broad range of contentious employment law matters. Working alongside an established Employment team, you will act for an impressive client base including major commercial organisations, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and public sector bodies. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the firm's advocacy offering while enjoying significant client contact and responsibility from the outset.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Barristers with between 2 and 5 years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in Employment Tribunal advocacy. You will possess excellent technical knowledge of employment law matters, outstanding advocacy skills, and the ability to deliver commercially focused advice to clients. The successful candidate will be confident building strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client training programmes. A proactive, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
