  • Hit the ground running with your own caseload of commercial litigation matters.
  • Deal with a varied caseload of matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, and construction disputes.
  • Advising on a range of commercial litigation matters.
  • Engage in business development and networking activities.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years PQE covering the full remit of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes.
  • Excellent reputation for advising on all types of commercial litigation matters, with a strong local market presence.
  • Experience within an established practice renowned for its commercial litigation offerings.
  • Ability to undertake business development and networking activities.
