THE ROLEThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of fast track and multi track RTA matters, together with employer liability and public liability claims. They will conduct files fully, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, including liability investigations, evidence gathering, drafting pleadings, instructing experts and counsel, engaging in negotiations and ensuring compliance with all relevant procedural deadlines. The role is supported by the firm\’s case management system. The successful candidate will work within a modern, dynamic and well resourced environment, where technology is used to enhance productivity and support high standards of client care. The firm encourages a proactive and collaborative approach, providing the tools and support necessary for continued professional development and effective case progression.
THE CANDIDATEIdeal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in personal injury law, with demonstrable experience of handling fast track and multi track RTA and employment and public liability cases from start to finish. They will possess strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to case management. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering a high standard of client care. They will be comfortable working autonomously while also contributing positively to a supportive team environment. A willingness to engage in continuous professional development and embrace new ways of working is essential.
