Personal Injury Lawyer (Defendant)

b Overview /b p In this role you will manage your own EL/PL caseload on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients, including multi-track and potentially catastrophic claims. You will join a close-knit, expanding national law firm and contribute to client relationships and knowledge sharing within the team. The position offers exposure to high-quality personal injury work and opportunities to collaborate on business development activities. This is a chance to shape defense strategy for casualty claims within a respected practice. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Run own caseload of EL/PL claims for insurers and self-insured clients /li li Handle multi-track and potentially catastrophic injury claims /li li Defend a broad range of casualty claims /li li Collaborate with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li At least 4 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury work /li li Experience with EL/PL claims and catastrophic injury claims /li li Strong client relationship skills /li li Willingness to contribute to marketing and networking activities /li li Ideal candidates: Personal Injury Solicitors or Legal Executives with PI litigation experience /li /ul ul li Client relationship building /li li Team collaboration /li li Networking and business development /li li Defending casualty claims /li li EL/PL claims handling /li li Catastrophic injury experience /li /ul
