12 months’ experience, Bedfordshire, £25,000 - £28,000 DOE. The firm offers a competitive salary, along with 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and access to a pension scheme. THE ROLE: The role involves supporting the sale and purchase of commercial and buy to let properties, including auction transactions, and handling transfers of equity. It includes work on secured lending matters, Landlord and Tenant transactions, and preparing related documentation, as well as assisting with Land Registry applications and supporting the team on larger or more complex matters.
THE CANDIDATE: The candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and work well with others, managing their workload effectively and performing under pressure when needed. You will have strong organisational skills, be self-motivated, and proactive. The candidate will provide a high standard of service to clients and colleagues and show a genuine interest in supporting business development.
THE PACKAGE: The package includes a competitive salary, 26 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme, alongside a monthly holiday bonus and tailored training and development opportunities.
