Acting for a diverse client base across the public and private sectors, you will advise on high-value commercial agreements, major projects, and long-term contractual arrangements. The role will involve drafting, negotiating, and structuring sophisticated commercial contracts, managing matters from instruction through to completion, and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and substantial commercial contracts experience. You will have a strong background advising on complex commercial projects, ideally involving Government departments or organisations contracting with the public sector. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills are essential, together with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice. Experience of the Model Services Contract, public procurement matters or existing Security Clearance would be advantageous but is not essential.
