Job Description
Insolvency Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking firm where your skills and initiative will be genuinely valued. JOB REF:0822.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters across the spectrum of restructuring and insolvency.
• Assisting with restructuring assignments
• Managing a mix of advisory and litigation-based insolvency cases
• Taking responsibility for quality of service and compliance with regulatory standards
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with up to 3 years PQE and a strong foundation in restructuring and insolvency law
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
