This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise in a highly regarded practice, working on complex and meaningful matters within the education sector.

THE ROLE:

  • You will be joining a supportive, specialist team with national recognition in the education sector.
  • You will be responsible for a varied education caseload to include safeguarding and child protection issues, parental complaints and pupil-related matters, and discrimination and equality issues.
  • You will work closely with teachers, headteachers and governors delivering clear, practical and proportionate advice.
  • You will assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with a genuine passion for the education sector.
  • You will have experience in education law, public law, charity law, or a strong interest in developing a career in education law.
  • It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
