A highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an exceptional Insolvency and Restructuring Partner. The successful candidate will step into a pivotal leadership role, driving the development of the insolvency and restructuring offering and playing a key part in the firm’s continued success.
They will lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and commercial awareness. This Partner will take ownership of complex and high-value insolvency matters, offering strategic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. From negotiating and drafting intricate agreements such as company voluntary arrangements, administrations, and receiverships to advising directors and insolvency practitioners, they will be at the forefront of delivering expert legal solutions.
Beyond technical excellence, the role calls for a strong business developer. The successful individual will build and maintain lasting client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s broader growth strategy. They will also play an integral role in mentoring colleagues, supporting cross-department collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and client care.
This position is ideal for a confident leader with a sharp analytical mind, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in insolvency law.
