PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (HEAD OF PRIVATE CLIENT) 10+ PQE, NORFOLK, COMPETITIVE – Rare opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the lead of a highly regarded and well-established Private Client department within a respected regional law firm.

  • The successful Private Client Solicitor will have 10+ years' PQE, with strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of private client work and previous supervisory or management experience.
  • As Head of Private Client, you will manage your own high-quality caseload while leading and developing the wider team and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the department.
  • Your caseload will include Wills and estate planning, Trusts, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for business development and continued growth of the department.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, together with the commercial awareness and ambition to develop people and grow a successful Private Client team.
  • A STEP qualification would be highly advantageous, as would an established network of professional contacts and referrers.
  • This is an opportunity to join a respected regional practice with an established client base, where you will have the autonomy to shape the department, mentor the next generation of Private Client Lawyers and contribute to the firm's continued success.
