This pre-eminent national firm, recognised as Tier 1 for Clinical Negligence by the Legal 500, is seeking ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitors/CILEX to join its highly regarded Birmingham team. Applications from claimant and defendant candidates welcomed.
This is an excellent opportunity for Clinical Negligence solicitors at all levels (newly qualified solicitors through to experienced practitioners, grades A-C) looking to develop their careers in a friendly, collegiate environment within one of the UK's most respected specialist claimant practices.
You will join one of the largest and most successful Clinical Negligence teams in the country, acting for individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of medical negligence. The team is renowned for handling complex, high-value claims and has established a national reputation for achieving outstanding outcomes for clients.
Working alongside recognised specialists in the field, you will manage your own caseload of claimant matters, with the level of autonomy and complexity tailored to your experience. Cases range from moderate injury claims through to catastrophic injury, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.
