An experienced Childcare Lawyer is sought after to join an established practice in Northamptonshire. This firm offers a competitive salary along with a multitude of benefits, as well as a strong work-life balance and flexibility including hybrid working.
The ideal Childcare Lawyer will have excellent experience in covering all types of childcare matters. You will have experience of advising on special guardianship orders, adoption, private children law matters, care and interim orders as well as emergency protection orders.
You will ideally have strong advocacy experience and be Children Panel accredited or working toward the accreditation. The successful Childcare Lawyer will be a good team player, focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients.
This established practice covers a range of legal services, and they are looking for an experienced Childcare Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters.
