An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly rated, Legal 500 recognised team at one of the most respected law firms in Northampton.
The role involves joining a thriving and busy corporate commercial team with an impressive client base. You will be dealing with a strong pipeline of high-quality work and receiving support from experienced partners committed to your development. This position offers more responsibility, the opportunity to influence, and mentor junior members of the team.
The role will cover all aspects of corporate and commercial law including:
- Demerger
- Joint ventures
- Corporate restructures
- M&A
- Commercial contracts
- Corporate governance issues
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of corporate commercial matters and be looking for a supportive environment where they can flourish. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Experience in supporting and mentoring junior lawyers is preferred, along with contributing to the team’s development and learning.
In addition to fee earning, you will also be expected to drive the growth of the team through networking and business development activities.
