Agricultural Property Solicitor, 5+ PQE – Northamptonshire – A Legal 500 rated team is seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor to support the Partner leading the team.

SALARY: Circa £55k plus

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a growing team and deal with a varied caseload of property-related matters.
• As the appointed Agricultural Property Solicitor you will be dealing with all aspects of agricultural property.
• The role will be varied and include advising on agricultural tenancy agreements, equine matters, assisting farming clients with tax and succession planning, diversification and option agreements.
• Ideal Agricultural Property Solicitors will have strong property track record ideally 5 years PQE and possess the ability to deal with complex matters.
