Working as a part of a specialist team you will be managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and advising clients on disputes involving estates, wills, trusts and trustees.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will be driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in contentious probate and private wealth disputes. You either be recently qualified or coming up to qualification or possess up to 3 years PQE in dealing with contentious probate related matters. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Solicitor who is keen to take ownership of their own matters, work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases, and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the team.
