Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, you will be managing sales, purchase, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters. As the successful Residential Property Lawyer you will be able to demonstrate strong residential conveyancing experience and possess the ability to manage a caseload independently. You will have at least 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
