A leading national law firm is keen to recruit further talent into their highly rated property disputes team in Norwich. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to deal with a full and varied caseload of real estate disputes.

Working closely with the partners and senior colleagues, you will be dealing with a variety of matters relating to property litigation with a particular focus on commercial leasehold and freehold disputes together with some exposure to residential and agricultural disputes. The work will include:

  • Dealing with forfeiture work
  • Lease renewals
  • Rent reviews
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Rights of way
  • Option disputes
  • Adverse possession

In addition to conducting your own caseload, you will also be required to supervise junior lawyers depending on your level of experience, as well as support on larger matters.

The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience gained working in a strong property litigation department within a leading City or national practice. You should have a solid understanding of property law and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as being passionate about continuing to develop your career in this area of law.
