An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years' PQE to join a respected and forward-thinking law firm in Norwich. Whether you are newly qualified, approaching qualification, or already have experience in contentious probate or private client disputes, this role offers outstanding exposure, mentoring and long-term career progression.
The OpportunityAs part of a dedicated Contentious Probate team, you will advise clients on a broad range of disputes, including:
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trust and trustee disputes
- Estate administration disputes
- Proprietary estoppel claims
- Court of Protection-related matters
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value matters, providing excellent opportunities to accelerate your development.
