We are working with a loang-established and award-winning law firm that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the addition of a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor .

The Opportunity
As part of a well-established Commercial Property team, you will work on a varied caseload including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals and new leases
- Property portfolio management
- Supporting on development projects and high-value transactions
- Building and developing your own client relationships
This role offers genuine responsibility from day one, alongside the support and supervision needed to develop your expertise and progress your career.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Are Newly Qualified up to 2 years' PQE
- Have completed at least one Commercial Property seat during training (or gained relevant paralegal experience)
- Have a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Commercial Property
- Possess strong communication and client relationship skills
- Are proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
