Job Description Family Solicitor (Head of Family) | 7+ PQE | Norfolk | Circa £50k-70k DOE | Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a well-established and respected family team? A firm in Norwich is looking for someone to join their team, helping to shape its future and continue to maintain the high standard of client care they are known for. Family Solicitor (Head of Family) This firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent professionals with significant expertise in privately funded family law. You will provide specialist advice across all areas of privately funded family law, with particular experience in advising those with substantial assets and complex financial arrangements arising from relationship breakdown. Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children arrangement matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Advising clients on complex and high-value financial matters with sensitivity and professionalism. Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior members of staff, including apprentices and trainee solicitors, helping to develop the next generation of Family Solicitors. Applications are welcomed from those with at least 7 years of experience in Family Law, you could be a Family Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or someone with equivalent experience.
