An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded claimant clinical negligence team in Norwich. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, advising clients on a broad range of complex and sensitive claims. Your caseload will include matters involving delayed or missed diagnoses, birth injury claims, surgical negligence, claims against GPs and private healthcare providers, together with a variety of other clinical negligence matters. You will be responsible for progressing files from initial instruction through to conclusion, delivering practical legal advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care and demonstrating empathy and sensitivity throughout the claims process.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and proven experience managing their own claimant clinical negligence caseload. You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues. You will have excellent organisational skills, sound commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients through a professional, supportive and empathetic approach.
