JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor With an outstanding reputation in the market, the team works with a diverse client base and handles complex, high-quality private client work. You will take responsibility for a varied caseload, working closely with experienced private client specialists. The role offers a fast-paced and rewarding working environment, with exposure to complex matters and significant opportunities for ongoing learning, professional development and career progression. Handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters including preparing and advising on Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Assisting clients with Inheritance Tax planning and related matters. Developing long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional contacts. Identify and contribute to business development and networking opportunities. Keep up to date with developments in Private Client law and continue to build your professional expertise. The firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong interest in private client work.
