This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team specialising in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence where failures in duty of care have resulted in illness or avoidable injury. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of military-related matters to include military deafness, cold and heat injuries and other service-related illnesses and injuries. With a varied and rewarding caseload, you'll have the chance to make a real impact—particularly through handling military deafness claims.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Applications are sought from Military Personal Injury Solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and claimant litigation experience. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. Experience in noise-induced hearing loss cases would be advantageous.
