Overview
In this role you will advise healthcare clients on a broad range of commercial matters, from contracts to procurement and regulatory issues. Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising on contractual arrangements and commercial agreements
- Supporting procurement and regulatory matters
- Advising on commercial and operational issues
- Developing strong client relationships

- Managing own workload with accountability for outcomes
Key requirements
- Up to around 4 years' PQE in a commercial practice
- Strong commercial and contractual experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive, commercially focused and able to manage a varied workload
