THE ROLE

  • Senior paralegal with substantial private client experience will join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work.
  • Play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Assist with a varied private client caseload, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration, and general private client support and client liaison.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department.
  • Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
