An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly rated, Legal 500 recognised team at one of the most respected law firms in Northampton.

The role involves:

  • Dealing with a strong pipeline of high-quality work.

  • Taking on more responsibility and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Covering all aspects of corporate and commercial law including demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts, and corporate governance issues.

  • At least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of corporate commercial matters.
