Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients on privately funded family law matters
- Manage divorce, financial remedies, asset division, and parenting issues
- Prepare legal documentation, applications, and court papers
- Represent clients at hearings where appropriate
- Strengthen the department through networking and business development
