Take ownership of a varied caseload of property damage matters, managing files through all stages of the claims process. Deliver a high standard of client service while ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and contribute to the successful management of caseloads across the department. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with insurer clients, brokers, experts and other key stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers and assist with their ongoing development and supervision. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
