An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair Lawyer to accompany an expanding team in managing an individual caseload of housing disrepair matters and delivering outstanding advice to an enviable client base. You will handle a range of housing disrepair claims, prepare and draft key legal documentation, negotiate settlements, represent clients in court, conduct legal research and attend hearings and mediations when required. Furthermore, this role will also require the successful candidate to supervise a small sub-team of lawyers following instruction.

This award-winning firm is seeking applications from Solicitors or Qualified Legal Executives, and whilst all levels are considered, individuals boasting at least 3+ PQE are preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of pre-action protocols, CPR and evidential requirements, have experience in handling housing disrepair or civil litigation matters and possess excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills. Additionally, this role requires an individual who is capable of working both independently and collaboratively and highlights a genuine tenacity and proactive approach to the law.
