You will manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters from instruction through to resolution, handling litigated and pre-litigated claims and working with colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the litigation process, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and be organized and commercially aware.
