An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Litigation team, focusing on contentious probate matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a broad range of contentious probate and private client disputes.
You will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of contentious probate and private client litigation matters, from initial instruction through to resolution. This will include conducting legal research and investigations, advising on complex and sensitive disputes, preparing pleadings and court documentation, and representing clients at hearings, mediations and conferences.
You will also work collaboratively with counsel, experts and other professionals, whilst supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
