The successful candidate will focus on contentious construction matters, advising on disputes arising under industry‑standard contracts including JCT and NEC, while representing clients in adjudication, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. You will work on complex, high‑value matters alongside leading construction specialists and play an active role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with at least 6 years PQE and significant experience in contentious construction law. You must possess strong technical expertise advising on disputes arising from standard‑form construction contracts, together with experience of adjudication, litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. Must demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, strong advocacy and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients. Experience in respected regional, national, city or international firm will be advantageous.
