THE ROLE: Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking a new challenge? An opportunity has arisen for a well-rounded Residential Property Lawyer to join the busy team and play an integral role in developing the property offerings. If youβre a Residential Conveyancer looking for managerial responsibility / potential head of department role then please do get in touch to discuss further.
THE CANDIDATE: With a minimum of 3 years PQE you will be well versed in advising across the broad spectrum of residential property matters and be able to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion. The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have managerial experience and ideally some commercial experience although this is not a prerequisite.
THE FIRM: An established Warwickshire based practice who are keen to appoint a Conveyancer who can come in and hit the ground running within a busy and thriving team.
