Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer with experience in dealing with all types of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion?
An opportunity has arisen within a growing practice for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer with proven technical expertise in dealing with a varied caseload of residential property matters. You will be running your own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold matters. The firm is open to hearing from individuals with a few years' experience and also those with more experience who are looking to join a firm where they can build and develop.
If you have the appetite and drive to be a part of a growing and expanding practice which offers you plenty of scope to progress, then this is the role for you. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with all types of residential property matters.
The opportunity offers plenty of autonomy along with the opportunity to join a boutique firm who are keen to grow and develop. Office based role offering plenty of scope for career progression.
